We are happy beings,
But sometimes
We spend rainy afternoons
Listening to music
And wishing our days away.
We are grateful to be here,
But almost all of us
Relate to that Instagram quote
„I'm born in a wrong generation.“
We are young, in our twenties.
These are the best years
Of our lives.
Yet it is somehow canon event
For most of us
To see on a TV
A child's life
Being taken away
Or a child being starved
Because of political games.
Economic games.
Religious games.
Or any games.
We are one happy generation.
The ones that bring the change.
Yet what we're seeing
In the world nowadays,
Is changing us forever.
We are happy beings.
We never asked to be brave.
Our greatest bravery has become
Admiting that
World we live in nowadays,
Is a gift to those
Who selfishly believe
They have the right
To take everything,
Even someone's life,
If it benefits them.
But a gentle soul
Who wants to see
And do good,
Sees this world
As a test.
A temptation.
We are happy beings,
Yet the world we live in
And the one we would be happy being in
Are two different places.
