3. Timeliness of Response

  • Correct them as soon as possible
  • Act without unnecessary delay or administrative obstacles
  • The complexity of verification
  • Availability of sources
  • The nature of the error

4. Transparency of the Correction Process

4.1 Technical Errors

  • Typographical errors
  • Spelling and grammatical errors
  • Technical omissions that do not affect the meaning or accuracy of the information
  • Corrected without special documentation
  • Do not require a public note

4.2 Material Errors

  • Incorrect names functions or titles
  • Incorrect dates numbers or statistical data
  • Incorrect citations of statements
  • Factual inaccuracies that affect the understanding of the text
  • Must be clearly and transparently marked
  • Published at the end of the text in the following format
  • In the previous version of the text published on [date], [original information] was stated:
  • The corrected information reads [correction]
  • The change was made on [date]

5. Right of Reply and Correction

  • Request publication of a reply
  • Submit a correction of inaccurate or incomplete statements
